1. Purpose

These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using AstraMarket, a marketplace interface for digital collectibles and related NFT records.

This page is a launch-prep draft and should be reviewed before credit-card on-ramp payments or broad public use begin.

2. Wallets and blockchain transactions

Users may connect a crypto wallet to view, create, mint, list, or purchase NFTs where those functions are available.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Network fees, sometimes called gas fees, are paid to the blockchain network and are not controlled by AstraMarket.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for confirming wallet addresses, transaction details, NFT metadata, prices, and network selection before signing or sending a transaction.

Users must not upload illegal content, content they do not have rights to use, harmful files, misleading descriptions, or content that violates another person's rights.

4. Marketplace availability

AstraMarket may pause, hide, review, or remove listings or records when needed for security, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

AstraMarket does not guarantee that the site, wallet connection, third-party services, or blockchain networks will always be available without interruption.

5. On-ramp payments

Credit-card on-ramp payments are planned but not yet part of the stable public operating baseline.

When on-ramp payments are introduced, the selected payment provider may require identity verification, business verification, sanctions checks, payment review, and separate provider terms.

Japan is not currently a supported paid sales region. Supported countries may be limited by provider approval, compliance review, and local law.

6. Fees

Marketplace platform fees, blockchain gas fees, payment provider fees, and currency conversion fees may apply depending on the action.

Fee details should be shown before a paid transaction where technically possible.

7. Changes

AstraMarket may update these terms as the service, legal requirements, payment providers, or blockchain integrations change.
